Your first session with me consists of a consultation and exploration of the issues you are currently facing.

A treatment plan that best suits the needs and goals of you will be complied.

This session is usually one hour 30 minutes. (30 minutes free)

Your second session will then be carried out putting all the information and your treatment plan into practice. All hypnosis sessions are personalised to you.

Most problems require the minimum of three to four sessions.
